Hugh Futrell Corporation is serving as real estate advisor and project manager for the new $16M, 43,000 square foot clinic and administrative facility of the Santa Rosa Community Health Centers (formerly, known as the Southwest Community Health Center), Sonoma County's largest community health organization serving more than 27,000 patients at six facilities throughout the central county. HFC assisted the Center in locating and acquiring an existing shell office building on Round Barn Boulevard in Santa Rosa and in obtaining local approvals and tax exempt bond approvals from state agencies. HFC coordinated a design-build selection process and is representing Santa Rosa Community Health Centers throughout the construction phase of the project.
