The first phase of Hotel E, now complete, involved the repurposing and renovation of the Empire Building, a national historic structure. The Empire Building’s iconic clock tower is the preeminent symbol of Santa Rosa’s downtown district and the city itself.

The second phase of Hotel E, also on Old Courthouse Square, will include an additional seventy-one guest rooms and suites, exercise facility, meeting spaces, ground-floor restaurant, and a rooftop bar and café. Phase two will be linked to, and harmonious with, the first phase Empire Building.
